1. Nature of Services

Sifat Al-Tamayoz provides supply and installation services for curtain systems, flooring solutions, and wall cladding and protection systems, in accordance with the specifications and requirements agreed upon with the client prior to execution.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are based on measurements, selected materials, and the agreed scope of work.

• A down payment may be required to confirm the order and initiate the process.

• The final invoice is issued after site measurement or final agreement on the scope of work.

3. Execution and Timelines

• Execution schedules are determined in coordination with the client.

• Project duration may vary depending on project size, service type, and material availability.

4. Warranty

• A workmanship warranty is provided against installation defects for a period of (to be defined as agreed).

• The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or external factors beyond the scope of execution.

5. Cancellation

In case of order cancellation after material preparation or partial execution, the company reserves the right to deduct the actual costs incurred.

6. Return Policy

As most services are custom-made based on specific measurements and requirements, products cannot be returned or exchanged after execution, except in cases of verified manufacturing or installation defects.
